Booking
All first time clients MUST book online. Our online booking requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Punctuality
We ask clients to be on time for their appointments. Clients have a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes we will cancel your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged 50% fee. After 15 minutes clients are considered a NO-SHOW.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the salon area.
Refund
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out to us to take the best coarse of action.
Communication
We ask clients to give us a 1-2 week notice on advanced/ intricate designs to ensure proper supplies. If you need any special request please notify us in advance such as specific technician, certain designs etc. Please notify us of any allergies.
